Handan Qunshan Foundry Co., Ltd was established in 2000, total investment 120 million. The foundry is located in Xiaozhai Industrial park, Jize County, Handan City, Hebei Province, where is the juncture of Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan, it has a very convenient traffic, Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway in the west and Handan-Huanghua railway passing through, high way extending in all directions, only 400kilometers from Tianjin Port and 600kilometers from Qingdao Port.In the September of 2001, the foundry passed BSI ISO9001 quality management system certification and in March of 2001 passed KITEMARK product certification, in 2009 passed LRQA product certification, in the May of 2013 passed ICIM product certification, in the December of 2013 passed BCC ISO14001-2004 Environment system certification. In the May of 2015, the foundry obtained qualification certificate 0104060026 awarded by China Foundry Association, became one of the first batch enterprises who meet the Access conditions of Foundry Industry. ISO/TS1649 is under implementation.
The foundry has 4 sets of automatic molding line, one semi-automatic molding line, 12 sets of medium-frequency induction furnace.
The foundry specialized in production of full series of castings for gray iron, ductile iron, steel and nonferrous alloy castings etc., main products including manhole covers, gratings, auto parts, farming machinery parts, engineering machinery parts, railway parts ect. which widely used in urban construction, municipal works, drainage system, electric power system, telecomunication, automobile, railway, airport etc. mainly exported to Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia and Middle East areas etc., the designed production capacity of the foundry is 50000 tons per year, especially in the leading level of cast iron smelting field of domestic enterprise, and advanced in the same industry.
